DIY wedding day near Mt St Helens, WA

Another amazing wedding in the books! Here is a quick sneak peek of Ang & Craig. They married on the uber-popular wedding date of the season: 9.10.11 We had the opportunity to really get to know and bond with them on their engagement session in Newport, OR (see those images here!) and then again on their wedding day. The weather was great, albeit super hot. But it being mid-September, the sun set early allowing for a rapid cool-down.

Anderson Lodge by Mt St Helens is a great place for a wedding! It's casual and country-chic. It can be as elegant and as laid-back as the couple marrying there. There are cabins to rent for the night, and lots of open spaces for photos. The views of the Mt St Helens valley are breathtaking and the vibe was just perfect too. We had a blast!

I must give our friend Lisa Kristen Scott a shout-out here. She is by far the most friendly and calm and organized officiant we've worked with as of late. We always suggest her to our clients and when we finally see her officiating our events, the day gets even better :) Ok that's it. Shout-out over :)

Here are the vendors involved with the wedding. Keep in mind that Ang made MANY of the little details you see in these photos... all of the boutonnières, for example, were made by her! And the cake topper too! Adorable!
