We're so lucky. We get to meet and photograph amazing people from all walks of life... year after year! Lauren & Tolga a special to us, since they are living locally in Oregon (just as I am), but have roots in the Old World (just as I do). Turkey for them, Italy for me. It's all the same with people who come from distant lands to live in America: we have a special bond :) This was a GREAT day with them! The day was sunny and the park was not crowded at all. We were able to aim shots away from those people who were there, making it look even more desolate. We had a blast! Angie and Jarl are two FUN people! They have a beautiful family and great success in business. They have found each other and are perfect for one another... we witnessed this, on their engagement session last week. I was a blast! WINDY! But a blast ;) They own this beautiful boat and will marry at Riverplace Hotel on Portland's waterfront... hence this location for their shoot.
